Player Characters

There are three ways to handle information on character sheets, and you can use a combination of all three of these approaches.

Generally, we add character details within the “Character Stats” section:

  1. Formatted text / bullet points
  2. Insert attributes within a table
  3. Custom fields

Editing Character - formatted text and tables

Tables are great for sets of attributes that belong together, while other attributes can be put into a list (consider bullets). One idea is to mark values in bold so that the values are easier to read on the fly.

Editing Character - custom fields

Custom fields are perfect for attributes that may change regularly.

Example Character in View mode

When these techniques are used together, it produces a clean, readable character sheet such as this example Pathfinder character.

Any of these approaches can be added to a Template to make it quicker and easier to create multiple characters with the same formatting. Please note that Templates are available only to premium plans - see our Pricing page for details.
