Campaign Sharing (Paid Tier Only)

Publishing Campaigns and Lore for your players is a two step process. However, before you start you should be aware that sharing your campaign with your players is a paid tier feature. Unless you have a Galaxy, Universe, or Multiverse account, you won’t see the campaign sharing link discussed below.

To enable players to be able to see your campaign, you’ll need to go to the Players Tab, and scroll down to the bottom. There you’ll find a section entitled Player Users. Click the button labeled Generate New Invite Link as circled and fill out that form.

To invite new players to your campaign, click Generate New Invite Link and share the link with them!' There is then a button to the lower right labelled: Generate New Invite Link. Once that’s done, you’ll have a link to share with your players. Note that your players will also need to have accounts (however they can be free World tier accounts!) and if you toggle “Requires Approval” you’ll have to log back in order to approve each user in order for them to see anything.

Secondly, after you’ve generated your campaign link and your players have joined the campaign, you’ll have to determine what Lore your players can see. Note that by default all Lore in the system is hidden from your players, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally revealing key plot twists to your players. To make a piece of Lore visible to your players, go to the bottom of the details section on anything in Lore Link, and toggle it to either Fully Shared or Existence Only. Existence Only means the players can see the object, but only its name and the short description for the object. Fully Shared means that the players can see all of the information about the item. If you want to Fully Share an object with your players but still keep things hidden, note that Custom Fields and Notes can also be individually shown or hidden to players.
