Gravity and Myriad Inverse
Part of the Indie Creator Series

Banner for Gravity and Myriad Inverse stream

This past February, we continued the Indie Creator Series with Mark talking with Chris Longhurst about his games Gravity and Myriad Inverse. Over the course of the conversation, Mark and Chris talked about their thoughts on game design, running games, and tips on not only running crowdfunding campaigns, but also shopping crowdfunding campaigns! After the stream, Mark posted his thoughts on Bluesky, writing “It was great to talk to @potatocubed.bsky.social, highlighting his approach to campaign building and game design, and having a great discussion over the roles of players, GMs, and even Game Designers in making the storytelling experience at the table special. Looking forward to Myriad Inverse!”

Gravity is a narrative game where players choose from a list of moves when it’s their turn to act. The kicker? Once they’ve used a move, they can’t use it again.

Myriad Inverse was part of Zinetopia 2026 on Backerkit. It is a “sketched-in setting you can make your own” and it came with maps!

Chris was a fantastic guest, and we encourage you to give him a follow over on Bluesky, and check out his games at either Itch.io or DriveThru RPG. In case you were wondering, his excellent advice for shopping crowdfunding campaigns? Sort them so you can see what hasn’t been funded yet. There are some real gems in there that can really use the backing!

Chris, thanks again for joining us on the stream! We loved having you as a guest!
